Learn how to prevent basement flooding by installing a sump pump. Here you can find an easy step-by-step guide to Sump Pump Installation:

  1. Use pressurized fittings and 1 1/2 inch PVC (figure A) to channel water from the pump and away from the house.
  2. Install 'J' hooks (figure B) to hang the PVC from the joists.
